An Act to Amend the Electricity Act Loi modifiant la

Section 143.1 of the Electricity Act,

chapter E-4.6 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2003, is amended 1 L’article 14 3.1 de la

a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (2) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 143.1(2) The Nuclear Corporation shall establish and maintain the accounts, books and records that are neces- sary to record the costs and expenses incurred by the Nu- clear Corporation during the out of service period, other than those costs and expenses recorded as capital costs of the project. 143.1(2) La Corporation d’énergie nucléaire doit tenir les comptes, les livres et les dossiers nécessaires à l’ins- cription de ses coûts et de ses dépenses pendant la période d’interruption de service autres que ses coûts et ses dé- penses inscrites comme coûts en capital liés au projet. b) in subsection (3) of the French version by strik- ing out “liés au projet”;

c) by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following:

Section 149 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 149 de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (

l) the following:

section 143.1(4) and prescribing the methodology, modelling and assumptions that are to be used to deter- mine those costs and expenses; l.1) déterminant quels sont les coûts et les dépenses pour l’application du paragraphe 143.1(4) et prescrivant la méthode et les hypothèses et les modèles à utiliser pour ce faire; (

b) by adding after subsection (3) the following:
