Order in Council 2147/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1256/2015, dated September 16, 2015, Dr. Jennifer Michelle Arvanitis was appointed as Regional Coroner for that part of the Central Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: York, Durham, and Muskoka, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

And

whereas Dr. Jennifer Michelle Arvanitis has, in writing, resigned her appointment as Regional Coroner for the Central Region of Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1256/2015, dated September 16, 2015, appointing Dr. Jennifer Michelle Arvanitis as Regional Coroner for the Central Region of Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
