OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated July 26, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 138 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1969 (as amended), the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint R.W. (Rick) Emberley as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term of 3 years commencing September 7, 2011; and (
b) appoint Kim Knoll as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term of 3 years commencing September 7, 2011.
