OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 27, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) issuing a grant to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 0.24 hectares (0.59 acres), located at Chester, Lunenburg County, and outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Chester, a body corporate having its registered office at Chester, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns for the consideration of $1.00 and any associated costs; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
