section K \ONA111C,01del June dot: RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS IN OPTOMETRY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, MADE THE 14th DAY OF FEBRUARY, AD AT VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA WHEREAS, The Board of Examiners in Optometry, pursuant to its duty and authority set forth in

Section of the Optometrists Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.342, in the public interest has determined to amend the Rules of the Board, effective upon the passage of this Resolution; IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Rules of the Board of Examiners in Optometry be amended by the removal therefrom of Rule and replacing it as follows: "Rule The Board shall pay to each member attending upon the business of the Board a fee of $500.00 per diem and, in addition, to each member attending upon business of the Board, his/her actual out-of-pocket expenses.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Rule Amendment be submitted to the Lieutenant- Governor in Council for approval at the earliest opportunity, by delivery to the Minister of Health for British Columbia. Certified a true copy Char , Board of Examiners in ometry
