Order in Council 311/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1949/2017 dated September 27, 2017 that reappointed François Giroux of Ottawa as a part-time member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
