Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Crop Insurance Act .

Authorization of appeal tribunal

2 The appeal tribunal is authorized to hear, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Act, appeals under Parts 1 and 2 of the Wildlife Compensation Regulation .

2 Le tribunal d'appel est autorisé à entendre, conformément à la Loi , les appels visés par les parties 1 et 2 du Règlement sur l'indemnisation des dommages causés par la faune .

Coming into force

3 This regulation comes into force on July 1, 1999.
