Order in Council 1204/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 711/2021 dated June 3, 2021 established the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee;

And

whereas Order in Council O.C. 756/2021 dated June 3, 2021 appointed Susan McArthur as member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee and designated her as chair;

And

whereas Susan McArthur tendered her resignation in a letter to the Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development dated August 13, 2021;

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act and the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario, Order in Council O.C. 756/2021, appointing Susan McArthur as member and designating her as chair of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee, be revoked, effective August 13, 2021.
