OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated February 5, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after March 24, 2015, to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into a contribution agreement with the Government of Canada represented by the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development (HRSDC), respecting the contribution by HRSDC of up to $1.3 million over three years for the costs to implement the Foreign Credential Recognition Program and provide support to the Fair Registration Practices Act Review Office, substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
