Statute: Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated April 23, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Malcolm Fraser as member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2012-343 dated November 6, 2012, effective January 28, 2015; (

b) appoint Francene Cosman, Rod McCulloch, and Patricia Pace of Halifax Regional Municipality, and Dee Appleby of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, for a three year term commencing June 2, 2015; and (

c) appoint Sally Warren of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia for a one year term commencing June 2, 2015.
