Order in Council 549/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Gillian Burton of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Gillian Burton was reappointed as part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 17, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1390/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1390/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
