OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated September 10, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 7H (1) of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to approve amendments to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation’s By-law #4, the Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits By-law, to amend the collective agreement for Nova Scotia Government & General Employees Union Local 470E to provide for adjustment of the remuneration and other conditions of employment of the members of those Locals, as contained in

Schedule “A” attached to this Report and Recommendation; to be effective on, from and after October 15, 2019.
