OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 21, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 393 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Regulations Act, is pleased, effective on and after August 10, 2010, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mark J. McCrea as Registrar of Regulations, made by Order in Council 2008-411 dated August 6, 2008; and (
b) appoint John W. Traves, as Registrar of Regulations.
