OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 18, 2000, pursuant to

Section 81 of the Amended Articles of Association of NOVACO Limited and

Section 17 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the election of Dr. Scott Swinden of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Board of Directors of NOVACO Limited to hold office for a term of three years effective July 13, 2000; (

b) approve the election of Vicki Harnish of Hubbards, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of NOVACO Limited to hold office for a term of two years effective July 13, 2000; (

c) approve of the dissolution of NOVACO Limited; (

d) authorize the shareholders, directors and officers of NOVACO Limited to take such steps as are necessary to dissolve NOVACO Limited; and (

e) authorize the deposit to the credit of the Crown Land Mine Remediation Trust Fund of all monies constituting the assets of NOVACO Limited.
