OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 15, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, in the form or to the like effect as set forth in "Schedule A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation with the Province of New Brunswick, the Province of Prince Edward Island, and the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, for the participation of Nova Scotia in the collaboration of the governments of the Atlantic Provinces to develop the guidelines and strategy to meet the federal Radiation Therapy Wait Times Guarantee.
