OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 17, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and Order in Council 2002-102 dated March 8, 2002, is pleased, effective June 17, 2002: (

a) to revoke the appointment of the Honourable Gordon D. Balser, as the Minister of the Office of Economic Development, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-102, dated March 8, 2002; and (

b) to appoint the Honourable Cecil Clarke, a Member of the Executive Council, as the Minister of the Office of Economic Development.
