OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated August 20, 2003, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to "Andrews Bjarnason In Trust" for Marcia-Ann Landry, the sum of Forty Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Sixty One Dollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($42,261.82) held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from March 22, 2001 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest, all respecting the Estate of Joseph Anthony Landry.
