PARTIE II.I PLAN DE SOINS COMMUNAUTAIRES SUPERVISÉS Supervised community care plan Plan de soins communautaires supervisés 34.01 After evaluating a person who is suffering from a serious mental illness, a psychiatrist may establish a supervised community care plan for the person, if the person meets the following conditions: 34.01 Après évaluation, un psychiatre peut établir un plan de soins communautaires supervisés pour la per- sonne qui souffre d’une maladie mentale grave et qui remplit les conditions suivantes : (

a) the person is suffering from a serious mental ill- ness that

a) the date set out in the plan, in a case referred to in subsection 34.02(1), or

a) retain custody of the person until the person has been examined by a psychiatrist or physician, and
