Order in Council 773/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

John Andrew McBride of Wingham

be reappointed as a part-time member and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective August 17, 2021 to August 16, 2024.
