Order in Council 96/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.

N.5, Murray Alan Scott of Sudbury, Ontario, previously appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1015/99 and reappointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1247/2002, Order in Council numbered O.C. 819/2005, Order in Council numbered O.C. 453/2008, Order in Council numbered O.C. 833/2011, Order in Council numbered O.C. 835/2012, and Order in Council numbered O.C. 1314/2014, is reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation during pleasure for a term not exceeding one (1) year, commencing the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
