OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 3, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Cosmetology Act, as amended by

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 2002, is pleased, effective on and after June 20, 2003, to approve the making by the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia of amendments, with the exception of

Section 5 of the amendments, to the by-laws made by the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, which amendments are deemed by law to have been made on November 2, 2002.
