OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 22, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 68 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Paul Voynovich of East Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing December 2, 2007; (

b) reappoint Eugene Nurse of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing December 9, 2007; and (

c) fix the remuneration for each of Paul Voynovich and Eugene Nurse at $400 per day while attending to the business of acting as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out their duties for an appeal panel.
