OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 9, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Ms. Danielle Rose Gould the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Two Dollars and Forty Six Cents ($822.46), held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, being her share of the Estate of the late Mary Ann Rose, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 3.5% from January 3, 2007, and June 12, 2007, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
