OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act dated February 24, 1999, pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the designation of Mildred Royer as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women; and (

b) designate Judith Sullivan-Corney as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women until revoked by the Governor in Council.
