OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 22, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Sharron Marie Grant of Halifax, Halifax County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed as Deputy Registrar of Probate, which appointment was made by Order in Council 86-562, dated May 20, 1986, and amended by Order in Council 89-1488 dated December 29, 1989; and (

b) appoint Sharron Marie Atton of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
