B.C. Reg. 53/2006, deposited March 28, 2006, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY ACT [Section 52 (8)]. Order in Council 175/2006, approved and ordered March 27, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulation is made:

SURPLUS PROPERTY DESIGNATION REGULATION NO. 3

Designation of surplus properties

1 Of the railway properties described as

(

a) PID 025-981-625, Parcel A (Plan BCP10779) of Part of District Lot 3085 Peace River District shown on Plan 32999,

(

b) PID 025-981-633, Parcel B (Plan BCP10779) of Part of District Lot 3085 Peace River District shown on Plan 32999, and

(

c) PID 013-019-805, that Part of District Lot 1629, Peace River District as shown on Plan 32999,

the portions of those properties that are identified as road on the map attached as

Schedule A are designated surplus property as those portions do not relate to the provision of revitalization rail services.

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Regulations Act , I hereby exempt from publication the map in

Schedule A to B.C. Reg. 53/2006.
