Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated November 9, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Ted Farquhar of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing January 16, 2024; and (

b) order that Ted Farquhar be remunerated for his services in the amount of $3,600.00 per annum and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
