OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 4, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 4, 13, 14 and 177 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act , is pleased to make new regulations respecting nursing and midwifery, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 30, 2026.
