OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs dated August 16, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and Sections 77 and 78 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of schedules, annexes, appendices, and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement, effective November 9, 2010.
