OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated November 23, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 6(1) of

Chapter 141 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Electrical Installation and Inspection Act , is pleased to approve amendments made by the Fire Marshal to the Electrical Code Regulations , N.S. Reg. 95/1999, made by the Fire Marshal and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1999-470 dated October 6, 1999, to support the making of new regulations respecting the communications technician trade by the Apprenticeship Board for the Province of Nova Scotia, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 1, 2022.
