B.C. Reg. 19/2019 , deposited February 11, 2019, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26]. Order in Council 47/2019, approved and ordered February 11, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance Regulation for Persons with Disabilities, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 11 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(eee) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada). ,

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B by adding the following subparagraph:

(lvi) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada), , and

(

c) in

section 6 of

Schedule D by adding the following paragraph:

(ddd) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada).

Appendix 2

1 The Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 10 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(eee) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada). ,

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(lx) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada), , and

(

c) in

section 6 of

Schedule D is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(hhh) money that is paid or payable under the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders established under the authority of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act (Canada).
