Loi sur l’Assemblée législative His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 3(4) of the Legislative Assembly Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 Le paragraphe 3(4) de la

Loi sur l’Assemblée légis ‐ lative,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2014, est abro‐ gé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 3(4) Subject to subsections (3), (5) and (6), a provin ‐ cial general election shall be held on the third Monday in October in the fourth calendar year following the ordi ‐ nary polling day for the most recently held provincial general election. 3(4)
