On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Institutions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 158/2003, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

h) University of British Columbia Faculty Pension Plan.
