OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 2, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2017, revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2013-262 dated August 6, 2013; (

b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018; (

c) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019; (

d) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2019; (

e) effective April 1, 2017, revoke approval of the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2014-218, dated June 17, 2014; (

f) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018; (

g) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019; (

h) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “F” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2019; (

i) effective April 1, 2017, revoke approval of the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2014-218, dated June 17, 2014; (

j) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “G” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018; (

k) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “H” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019; (

l) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “I” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2019; (

m) effective April 1, 2017, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2015-74, dated March 17, 2015; (

n) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “J” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018; (

o) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “K” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019; (

p) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “L” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2019; (

q) effective April 1, 2017, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2014-1 44, dated April 15, 2014; (

r) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “M” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018; (

s) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “N” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019; and (

t) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “O” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2019.
