OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 22, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 and 672.39 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Dr. Lorraine Lazier of Falmouth, Hants County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of three (3) years commencing July 19, 2022; and (

b) determine that, in addition to remuneration as set out in Order in Council 2018-349 dated December 21, 2018, for time spent necessarily attending to her duties as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board, Dr. Lorraine Lazier shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred in the performance of her duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
