Order in Council 262/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ,

William Edmund Clark , of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member and designated as the Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
