OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 24, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the University Assistance Act, and to Sections 59A and 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the financial obligation arising from the multi-year grant prescribed by the Minister in amount of $200,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 for a total of $800,000 for learning disabilities research at Mount Saint Vincent University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
