OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 23, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act , and
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2017-163 dated June 15, 2017; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Nova Scotia Youth Secretariat to Honourable Iain Rankin, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Youth.
