OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 30, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (

e) and (f), 6, 15, 16(1)(b), (g), (3)(f), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 5(1), 8(2) and 9(1), is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision to amend the terms of the financial assistance to High Liner Foods Inc. on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 30, 2007; (

b) authorize the Minister to provide consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated for the purpose of borrowing funds incidental to the financial assistance contemplated and outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 30, 2007; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
