Order in Council 1302/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Honourable Nina Tangri, Minister without Portfolio, is designated as Associate Minister of Small Business, Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade with any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Premier and the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

And Order in Council OC - 396/2023, dated March 24, 2023 is hereby revoked.
