OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 28, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into agreements with Kiknu Long Term Care Limited and others concerning the Kiknu Long Term Care Facility, in the form reviewed by Executive Council and subject to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements and the Minister’s receipt and approval of the schedules to the consent and acknowledgment agreement.
