B.C. Reg. 167/2016 , deposited July 5, 2016, under the WILDLIFE ACT [section 108 (3) (l)] and the OFFENCE ACT [section 132 (2) (d)]. Order in Council 494/2016, approved and ordered July 4, 2016.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
(
a) the Guiding Territory Certificate Regulation, B.C. Reg. 115/2015, is amended as set out in the attached
Schedule 1, and
(
b) the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached
Schedule 2.

Schedule 1
Section 11 of the Guiding Territory Certificate Regulation, B.C. Reg. 115/2015, is repealed and the following substituted:
Offences
11 A person who contravenes any of the following commits an offence for the purposes of
section 84 (1) (b) (ii) of the Act:
(a)
section 7 (1) [must notify if change to control of corporation] ;
(b)
section 7 (3) or 9 (2) [must comply with request of regional manager] .
Schedule 2
Schedule 2 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended under the heading “ Wildlife Act ” by repealing the following items:
