Order in Council 133/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Catherine Bickley of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French) for a fixed term of three years, effective March 4, 2024.
