OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated May 11, 1999, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Patrick F. Moore of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of office commencing May 13, 1999 and ending February 4, 2002.
