, I designate the area generally known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, Port au Choix Wellfield

for the Town of Port au Choix as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands

Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point at the low water mark on the southeasterly shore of Back Arm having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 476,849 metres and northing 5,618,370 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 479,468 metres and northing 5,617,052 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 480,018 metres and northing 5,615,762 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 479,030 metres and northing 5,614,902 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 477,486 metres and northing 5,614,831 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 474,966 metres and northing 5,616,599 metres;

Then running along the sinuosities of the coastline in a generally northerly direction, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 474,919 metres and northing 5,616,861 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 475,099 metres and northing 5,617,085 metres; and then running along the sinuosities of the coastline in a generally northeasterly direction, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
