Section 112 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting greenhouse gas emissions to establish emission caps from the electricity sector in Nova Scotia in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 14, 2009.
