Order in Council 1913/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas George Cooke has been appointed as a member and designated as the Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation,

Therefore pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 , George Cooke shall be paid remuneration of $167,650.00 per year and reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Corporation in accordance with the relevant, directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
