Order in Council 335/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Caroline Sand of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Caroline Sand was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of one year, effective April 11, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 613/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 613/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
