OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 4, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Barbara Jean Irving, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-252 dated May 27, 1998; and (
b) appoint Barbara Jean Irving of Coldbrook, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while a member of the Board of Directors of Kingswood Camp.
