B.C. Reg. 1/2010 , deposited January 13, 2010, pursuant to the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [Section 84]. Order in Council 004/2010, approved and ordered January 13, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2010, the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Schedule 1 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended by repealing everything before sections 1 to 5 and substituting the following:
